Woodfuel Sessions

The Conservation Volunteers will be running Community Woodfuel Days this winter at Bagworth Heath Woods.

Woodfuel Days are a great opportunity for you to collect timber, but also to help maintain and manage local woodlands for people and nature over the coming years. Please email ben.woolley@tcv.org.uk to confirm your attendance.

The meeting point is the car park at Bagworth Heath Woods at 10am on the following Saturdays:

• 26 October
• 2 November
• 16 November
• 23 November
• 14 December

TCV provide all tools, PPE and relevant training and supervision on the day. Please wear suitably sturdy footwear.

We do not allow Chainsaws or other power tools.

Vehicle access for collecting timber at the end of the sessions will depend on ground conditions

We also provide tea, coffee and biscuits, but please bring your own lunch and any other refreshments!
