Guided bat walk and moth trapping at Bagworth Heath Woods

Join our rangers in the beautiful setting of Bagworth Heath Woods at 7pm on Saturday 21 September for an evening walk to spot moths and bats.

Come and get an insight into the lives of these fascinating night-time flying mammals that make their homes on the park!

We will use bat detectors and hope to be able to show you some of these amazing species! Make sure to bring along a touch, and even a bat detector of your own if you have one.

Duration – 2 hours.

Booking is essential – £5 per person. Those aged under 15 go free!

Please meet in the car park for 8pm. A Ranger will be at the main entrance to let you in.

Make sure to wear suitable footwear for walking on various terrain, warm clothing and waterproofs if necessary. Children must be supervised at all times as we will be walking around the fishing ponds.
