Tree Seed Collection Event at Broombriggs

As part of the Tree Council’s Seed Gathering Week, we are thrilled to announce our FREE partnership tree seed collection event.

Join us for a guest talk by the Leicestershire County Council forestry team on the importance of native grown seed from locally sourced trees and how we are running our local tree nursery.

The sessions will start at Broombriggs, with seed collection taking place shortly after on the Beacon Native trees trail.

Places are FREE and light refreshments will be provided. Booking is essential.
