Coppice Practice Training
Join us on a practical session to learn about the traditional woodland management technique of coppicing!
Dates: Sunday 24 November 2024, Sunday 1 December 2024, Sunday 19 January 2025. 9am-1pm each day
We’ll be learning why it’s so important for wildlife and nature, which tree species can be involved and what time of year is best for this practice.
This is a practical day so all attending should come in sturdy footwear, warm and waterproof clothes. Work gloves can be supplied as required plus eye protection and more.
During the session only hand tools will be used.
